What it's for
TennisApp is the scorekeeper for a tennis club. Members log the matches they play; an administrator approves each result; the app scores it and rebuilds the season table from scratch every time — so the standings are always the truth, never a running tally someone forgot to update. A match is worth base points plus a season-tier bonus, and a best-of-three is always played to a winner.
Who can do what
Anyone signed in can play and report. Only an administrator can make a result count or change the club's setup — so nobody scores their own points.
A new sign-up starts inactive — an admin approves it before the first login.
Closing a season freezes its standings — no result in it can change after that.

TennisApp is for club members — signing in is how you reach the ranking, the match feed and your insights.

Set up a player and link them to a user account.
Create, update, or close a season.
Approve or cancel submitted results.
Approving or cancelling a match rebuilds this season's standings, so cancelling an approved match takes its points back out of the table.
